Château de l'Éclair and Astral are delighted to invite you to an exceptional evening as part of the ‘Bienvenue en Beaujonomie’ festival. On Satudray June 14, plunge into a universe of flavors where Château de l'Éclair wines meet the culinary creativity of Chef Ronan Lavillaugouet, head of Astral, a gourmet restaurant opening in December 2024 in the heart of Lyon's Rue Royale. 

Ronan Lavillaugouet's cuisine combines tradition and originality, blending local flavors with influences from his travels. For this evening, each dish will be enhanced by a carefully selected cuvée, promising perfect harmony between food and wine.

    Astral - Ronan Lavillaugouet

    Astral Restaurant, located at 14 Rue Royale in Lyon’s 1st arrondissement, is a new gastronomic establishment that opened its doors on December 2, 2024. Founded by the creators of the successful ART Restaurant, Astral offers a refined culinary experience, blending French gastronomic expertise with international inspirations. Chef Ronan Lavillaugouet, aged 27, leads the kitchen with passion and creativity. Each dish is designed to enhance seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers, offering a multi-course gastronomic journey.
